International community schools are looking for exceptional Biology Teachers with IGCSE experience for the academic year 2023/2024. The schools follow both American and British Curricula and prioritize high-quality education. Responsibilities of the successful candidates include collaborating with fellow teachers to plan lessons, being a good communicator at all levels, and developing positive relationships with all members of the school community.

The teacher will need to have a clear understanding of the curriculum, organize the classroom and learning resources, and create displays to encourage positive learning environments.

They will also need to motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching, observe and assess children in line with school assessments, and be reflective of the classroom provision.

The candidate must also take responsibility for the progress of a class, use assessment data to influence further planning and intervention, and provide feedback to parents and careers.

Other responsibilities include following the school's behavior policy, managing classes effectively, maintaining good relationships with pupils, exercising appropriate authority, and acting decisively when necessary. They should also be a positive role model and have high expectations of behavior, promoting self-control and independence in all learners.

Requirements for the position include outstanding English skills or an IELTS score of 8.0 for non-native speakers, a PGCE or PGDE, and a Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
