ROLE PURPOSE:
To act as a first point of contact for the Director’s office and manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments and assist in the regular admin duties
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description of the Accountability
Manage Directors calendar by making appointments and organising various meetings as requested
Coordinate in the clerical, record keeping, secretarial and administrative support tasks for the Directors office
Responsible for all the Directors correspondence
Record and maintain confidential filing system for teacher lesson observation records
Attend SMT meetings, manage and maintain relevant documentation
Liaise and participate in AMT meetings, minute and circulate the minutes and reports for all meetings
Responsible for the correct use of overseas telephone calls
Provide cover for Administrative colleagues when required
PERSON SPECIFIC:
Education: High school Diploma
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of three years of secretarial experience, preferably including experience in a school
