Actual Salary: £17,964 - £19,830 per annum

37 hours per week, term time + 1 week

Required to start as soon as possible

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inclusion Administrator to join Tupton Hall School. The successful candidate will process a range of administrative skills and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of our work, applicants must be able to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive student information and data. Resilience and empathy, along with the ability to build relationships quickly with all in the school community will be the vital skills required for this position.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude with strong attention to detail skills. The post will involve working on a wide range of tasks. Some of these tasks are regular daily activities, but other duties will arise over the school year. You will be the face of Tupton Hall School to a range of visitors from parents to external agencies. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and be committed to the ethos of Tupton Hall School and its objective to the provision of the highest quality education to our students.

Tupton Hall School is part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers. Tupton Hall School became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on 1 October 2019.
