We are looking to recruit a talented individual to join our Inclusion Team from September 2017. The post involves supporting a Year 6 pupil with special educational needs and working closely with him to ensure he is nurtured and supported to achieve his full potential in his final year of Primary School.
You will be someone with experience of supporting children with complex learning and behaviour needs, as well as someone who possesses the qualities and skills which enable children to flourish such as reliability, sensitivity and effective literacy and numeracy skills.
