Rushcliffe School is committed to inclusion and we are looking for two suitably qualified Inclusion Learning Assistants to join our very positive and experienced team.
The Inclusion Learning Assistants are members of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the Inclusion CoOrdinator. In co-operation with the Pastoral team, the Inclusion Learning Assistants will develop and implement personalised intervention plans for identified pupils who are in need of additional support in terms of progress, learning, achievement, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, engagement, friendship forming, aspirations, or motivation.
This role will involve building positive relationships with parents/carers, teaching and support staff alongside developing a range of tailored programmes, courses and opportunities.
