HCFS are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, caring and reliable Inclusion Learning Support Practitioner to join our friendly and hardworking team to provide 1:1 support in KS1. You will need to be self-motivated, proactive and flexible. Duties will involve working with the teacher and the SENCO as part of a professional team to provide teaching and learning support to pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning, such as those with moderate, severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties and/or behavioural, social, communication, sensory or physical disabilities.
