The role is to work with students to promote high expectations and support pupil engagement with learning. The role involves working in partnership with school leaders, classroom based staff, parents, pupils and other professionals to address barriers to learning and ensure that all pupils are able to engage with education. Timely and accurate record keeping is a vital part of this job role and you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Previous front-line experience of working with children and young people and proven experience of partnership working would be advantageous but not essential.
