Job overview

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and hardworking person to join us as Inclusion Manager at St Joseph's College. The role is to work with students to promote high expectations and support pupil engagement with learning.  It is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on the journey to provide world class education to the developing community.  You will be joining a strong, enthusiastic, staff who are focused on providing the best outcomes for our students and our whole college community.  OFSTED February 2020 rated the College Good in all areas. 

The role involves working in partnership with school leaders, classroom based staff, parents, pupils and other professionals to address barriers to learning and ensure that all pupils are able to engage with education. Timely and accurate record keeping is a vital part of this job role and you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. 

Previous front-line experience of working with children and young people and proven experience of partnership working would be advantageous but not essential.

Our Ofsted in February 2020 rated the College ‘Good’ in all areas.
