Inclusion Officer

To work under the guidance of Senior Staff and with an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in the inclusion classroom.  This will include ensuring that students work hard with appropriate work for longer or shorter periods of time. This post is designed to support individual students in their learning and attainment as well as the whole school in the promotion of a safe, well-behaved learning environment.

Grade 7, £11.41 to £12.35 per hour.  Actual annual salary £14,653 to £15,861 per annum 

29 hours and 10 minutes per week (29.17), term time only. Hours as follows:

Monday & Thursday 8.30am – 3.45pm*

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am – 2.50pm*

*includes an unpaid lunch-break

Lord Williams’s School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with sixth form, situated in Thame in Oxfordshire. The school, which has over 2,000 students on its roll, is managed by the Thame Partnership Academy Trust and the school governors.

The school was founded in 1559 by Lord Williams of Thame. In 1971, Lord Williams's Grammar School was combined with the Wenman School on Towersey Road to form a comprehensive co-educational school. Today it is a split-site school, with Years 7-9 on a Lower School site and Years 10-13 on an Upper School site.
