Southwark Inclusive Learning Service (SILS)
SILS is an 11-16 alternative provision for students who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of exclusion from a mainstream school. SILS is a ‘Good School’ (Ofsted 2018); and our success is rooted in strong supportive relationships between students, staff and parents.
The role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to act as lead professional for admissions, re-integration and student welfare.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate our students, many of whom have additional needs. The candidate will also need to have a track record of effective work with professionals and families.
