HARINGEY EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP (HEP) is looking for an Independent Chair of the Haringey Education Partnership Board.

Haringey Education Partnership is looking for an exceptional candidate to become the Independent Chair of the Haringey Education Partnership (HEP) Board. HEP is a schools-led company that will provide school improvement advice and services in a new and innovative way.

Building on an already high-performing school system and a strong collective ethos, HEP will go further in empowering and enabling schools to work together to share good practice and to support and hold each other to account on behalf of our children and young people.

We are now seeking to appoint an Independent Chair to lead the HEP Board and help ensure the new organisation gets off to the best possible start. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of school improvement and understanding of the emerging school led system.

The role of the Chair will be to challenge and support the Board and Chief Executive to ensure HEP delivers the best possible service for schools and becomes a successful and sustainable organisation.
