Are you a passionate professional looking to make a difference to vulnerable young people?
Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring leader to take responsibility for our Individual Pathways provision.
This is an exciting new post created in response to the changing educational landscape around alternative provision. At Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill, we are committed to delivering excellence for all students, including the most vulnerable. Given our ever increasing roll, we are seeking to develop a new and exciting provision, based on national best practice. This will support students who have fallen behind with the curriculum for a range of reasons.
The successful post-holder will have a passion for improving the educational experience of some of our most disadvantaged students. They will be able to connect easily with young people, and leave a lasting legacy on these students’ lives.
Lord’s Hill is a good school with improving outcomes over time, and is part of the highly successful Oasis Community Learning multi-academy trust. The successful candidate will share the ambition of community transformation, delivered by exceptional education at the heart of the community.
We are searching for somebody who can join us on the next phase of our journey. This will involve responsibilities and experiences which will provide excellent preparation for progression in the future. A commitment to the Oasis ethos, allied to a relentless drive to improving outcomes for young people is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a wonderful school in a great community as part of a multi-academy trust, providing significant professional development opportunities.
