Our headteacher is sadly relocating back to London, creating a unique opportunity to become the leader of one of the area's largest infant and nursery schools.

Spring Meadow Infant and Nursery school is a four-form entry school in the beautiful and thriving cathedral city of Ely. We have places for 360 infants, a 104-place nursery, and the county's only Infant Assessment Unit for children with special educational needs.

We are passionate about early years’ provision and believe that early learning is crucial for a child’s future education. As a school we embrace new learning opportunities and we are looking for a creative headteacher who can build on the successes of our Key Stage 1 team.

Our 2013 Ofsted inspection found us to be ‘good’. We are looking for someone who can lead us through our next inspection and support the development of the school.

We want to recruit someone who is able to create opportunities that enable everyone at the school to succeed. That includes staff as well as pupils.
