The objectives of an Infant Care Coordinator are to contribute to the development, articulation and alignment of the Vision, Mission and Values of AIS and the Early Years. Additionally, the Infant Care Coordinator needs to develops, implements and monitors high quality learning programs; implements the AIS Infant Care Program based on the EYLF and the principles of Reggio Emilia.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating or running an infant care program for children from 2 months of age. He/she will have the capacity to achieve excellence in the delivery of a high quality education aligned with the School’s Mission, Vision and Values delivered.
AIS welcomes the right candidate to join our AIS team in the Elementary School commencing in January 2018.
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- An internationally recognised 3-year Diplomaor Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Infant Care
- Experience in coordinating or running an infant care program for children from 2 months of age
