Job overview

The Guildford College Group are seeking to appoint two Information and Advice Officers.

In this role you will be providing impartial and accurate course information and financial support guidance, this will be to both internal and external College customers consistent with IAG standards. Providing a "one-stop shop service" for students, parents, employers and other stakeholders- ensuring their enquiries are dealt with professionally and with integrity.

You will also be improving recruitment, (working in partnership with the careers team to deliver careers and recruitment events), retention and achievement through provision of information and advice.

The two positions available are as follows;

- Full time, permanent position, 52 weeks per year, based at our Stoke Park Campus

- Part time, permanent position working 28.8 hours per week (across 4 days) for 52 weeks of the year, based at our Merrist Wood Campus. Actual salary £13,749.60 - £16,802.40 per annum

Guildford College is the largest further and higher education college in Surrey. Merrist Wood Campus is located three miles from Guildford town centre in Worplesdon and dates back as early as 1318.
