The college is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide support and services to staff, students and systems at the College.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in information technology, a passion for providing excellent customer service, be a good communicator and use their initiative.
Demonstrated experience in the operation of IT Service Management software, tertiary qualifications in Information Technology at certificate level, and/or equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
