We are seeking a deputy head or assistant head who:

  • Has the vision, desire, understanding and experience to raise attainment and achievement
  • Can lead and inspire others - children and adults alike
  • Can communicate effectively and build relationships will all stakeholders, harnessing the commitment of others
  • Is a creative and energetic practitioner
  • Can reflect on all practice, including their own, and proactively develop skills
  • Has the ability to develop innovative solutions to problems
  • Can use analytical skills to understand, interpret and utilise data to inform operational working and strategic development
