• Can reflect on their own practice and are proactive in developing their skills
• Can analyse a range of data in order to contribute to strategic planning
• Is knowledgeable about recent curriculum developments and has the ability to lead others in their implementation
• Has clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life
