About the role
Guardian Angels has a vibrant, unique and diverse Music program. We're growing our Instrumental Music Tutor team and are looking for a guitar- bass and acoustic and percussion tutor.
At Guardian Angels, Instrumental Music Tutors are expected to:
- Have high expectations of themselves and their students
- The ability to teach beginner students and more advanced students in the private Instrumental Program
- Ability to foster and develop the Instrumental Music Program
- The ability to lead or accompany instrumental ensembles if required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Effective time management skills

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and

Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: To be negotiated
Salary level, range or hourly rate: 2023 MTAQ recommended rate of tuition - $80 per hour
Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
