We wish to appoint an outstanding member of staff to oversee the day-to-day running of the ILH. The successful candidate will already have experience in a similar role and know how to build relationships with students, teaching them emotional intelligence, awareness, resilience and reflection, ensuring they are confident to go back to into mainstream education and make a positive fresh start.
You will be well supported by the Learner Services Manager and Learner Services team who are focused on teaching and learning, and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.

About Lostock High School
Lostock College is a mixed, secondary modern, Christian secondary school without sixth form situated in Stretford, Manchester. It is a community state school, operating under the Diocese of Manchester in an area with a large amount of selective grammar schools. Affiliated to two teaching alliances, the school works closely with Altrincham Grammar School for Girls and Loreto Grammar School. A smaller than average-sized secondary, it will provide 740 places for students aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.
