The International Business Development Manager is responsible for generating revenue from the recruitment advertising market through selling TES Global’s portfolio of products and services to the schools education market.
Consultatively selling via the telephone and in person where needed is the main stay of this role. This position will develop incremental revenue from existing accounts whilst also developing new revenue streams through different products and services as well as new school segments.
Acting as the interface between the TES international customers and all of our brands, this role will advise customers on our product portfolio to ensure their recruitment challenges are resolved.
The International BDM will understand the various challenges customers and agencies face when trying to recruit the best people into their roles, and advise them on the right solutions accordingly, whether that be subscription product or transactional solutions.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales person with an enthusiasm for selling, creativity, drive and the desire to develop TES Global’s international telesales and achieve financial targets.
With your demonstrable commercial acumen, creativity, originality and keen awareness of our clients needs you will focus on driving business dealing with all new, lapsed and transactional customers in a defined geography
You will be a motivated team player, approaching your work with pragmatism and a sense of humour. You will have significant experience working within a target driven sales environment. You will be a clear thinker with a strong grasp of English, and will develop good relationships across the broader international team. Diplomacy is a must.
You will have a proven ability to work independently and to manage workload using your own initiative. You will be unflappable, organised and capable of multi-tasking.
Due to international time zones there is a need to be flexible with daily start and end times in order to speak with certain clients.
