INTERVENTION MANAGER WITH SOME COVER SUPERVISION

36.25 hours per week term time only

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably experienced and qualified individual to join our Intervention Managers.
The Intervention Manager role primarily will focus on providing support for pupils and parents in removing barriers to learning to enable pupils to make relevant progress and engage in their learning. There will be close liaison with parents and teachers as well as external agencies.
The Cover Supervisor role involves contributing to a wide range of teaching and learning activities and to assist and support the work of qualified teachers. You will be expected to supervise classes and support the learning of pupils as they complete work set for them.
The successful candidates will have a good standard of education, including English and Maths (GCSE grade C). We are looking for someone who displays a calm and tactful attitude with excellent communication skills, good IT skills and excellent and effective organisational skills. Experience of working with young people (11-16 year olds and agencies outside of the school environment would be advantageous.
