STEP Academy Trust is looking for talented teachers to join a committed, supportive team at Hawkes Farm Primary School, Hailsham, East Sussex, which will be joining STEP Academy Trust from September 2016. We will shortly be launching an outstanding new curriculum for our pupils, so this genuinely is an exciting time to join our teaching team.

This post will primarily involve the successful candidate(s) working with smaller groups of pupils to support with their development in literacy and numeracy. Teaching experience in Key Stage 2 and particularly in years 5 and/or 6 would be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will be a passionate teacher with a commitment to providing an outstanding education for our pupils (NQTs are welcome). You will join a strong and supportive team of staff within an Academy that is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for its children and staff.
