We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Administrator to support to the technology team. This role includes acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of technical queries.
Duties will include first point of contact interactions, resolution of minor technical issues, management of helpdesk tickets, administration of databases, general administration and ordering of equipment/consumables.
The successful candidate should have previous administration experience. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and deal with a wide range of callers is essential.
