This role is ideal for an IT professional with at least 3 year’s IT support experience who is looking to further their career in IT. As the first point of contact for all IT support issues, you will gain experience of a wide range of desktop, mobile and classroom audio-visual technologies, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software and running the IT support helpdesk. Working alongside the Network Manager you will have the opportunity to be involved in network and system maintenance, upgrades and new IT projects and initiatives.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate confidently and clearly to colleagues, parents and pupils. In addition to being a good problem-solver, you will need to be proactive, well organised and a quick learner
