We are seeking an IT technician to provide 1st line technical support for all aspects of computing including; maintenance, installation and support of hardware and software, MS Windows and Apple OSX operating systems, supporting the College’s network infrastructure, audio visual equipment, MFDs, tablets/mobile devices. Assisting staff and students where appropriate across all sites of the College Group. 37 hours per week, including one evening per week. You should have proven experience of providing first line IT support is a busy environment.
