Job overview
Loughborough College are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible IT Infrastructure Technician to work in the IT Services Department. You will be answering, logging and responding to IT support issues that are logged over the phone or via email via remote support or visiting the classrooms or staff members.
You will also provide support for Server 2008 - 2016, Active Directory, Exchange, Storage including SAN's and NAS devices, Networking knowledge e.g. Switches, Wireless and firewalls and have good knowledge in SCCM. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in progressing in a quick paced IT Support function with access to excellent technology.
To apply for this role you should have significant experience in a similar Infrastructure role and be MCSE qualified or working towards.
