St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of IT Services Manager. Main responsibilities include the coordination and oversight of ‘user focused’ 1st and 2nd line technical support and team leadership. The role within the IT Department will ensure the school continues to deliver a demanding, pastoral and co-curricular provision.
The school has recently moved to a 1:1 device policy for students and staff, made possible through the adoption of forward-looking cloud-based platforms and services including, Microsoft Office 365 & Azure.
The post-holder will work to develop close working relationships with IT stakeholders to ensure the provision of support and equipment continually meets and exceeds expectations.
The role may appeal to an individual with good all-round technical skills and experience but limited exposure in a management role but is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, is detail orientated, enjoys a wide-ranging workflow, has a logical approach to problem-solving and leads by example.
