We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Team Manager to work in our IT Department.
You will be responsible for managing the Service Desk across the whole Foundation and provide leadership for the two existing technicians.
You should have a ‘customer focussed’ and ‘can do’ attitude and the role will require a practical involvement with 1st and 2nd line support delivery.
Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs Microsoft Office, Exchange, O365 and operating systems is essential together with experience in managing a small team.
