The Zurich International School is an independent day school in the Greater Zurich Area. We offer a well rounded curriculum in English to about 1500 students from all over the world, aged 3 to 18 years. We are looking for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of IT Services Administrator (100 %)
The IT Services Administrator is responsible for the strategic development of the ZIS Information Technology Systems across the ZIS campuses in Waedenswil, Kilchberg, and Adliswil. It is a project leadership position that collaborates with the IT Admin Team to coordinate on curricular and technical initiatives with Educational Technologists and Technicians.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years systems administration experience, including:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Development of enterprise & departmental business processes,
workflows and tools as it relates to IT Services - Experience managing school databases and Content Management
Systems - Experience managing virtual and physical servers in a VMWare ESX6
environment - Google Apps administration
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs in an Educational Environment, previous
work experience in Education a plus - Fluency in English
