Moor House School & College Mill Lane, Hurst Green, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 9AQ  Opportunities to contribute to delivery of exceptional outcomes in an Ofsted “Outstanding” rated School and College catering for students aged 7-19 years, providing intensive, interdisciplinary therapeutic interventions.   IT Services Technician Salary – Up to £25,000 (Negotiable and Dependent upon Experience)  An enthusiastic and proactive individual is required to support the delivery of IT services to Moor House with particular emphasis on providing support to students and staff on all IT related matters.  Key duties and responsibilities include:  • Supporting the maintenance of Moor House’s IT systems and infrastructure; • Setting up and maintaining Moor House’s laptops provided for student and staff use; • Management of the IT inventory, including hardware items as well as software licenses and warranties; • Efficiently resolving problems of software and hardware operation to minimise downtime; • Efficiently and effectively responding to requests for IT support and providing solutions.  Candidates will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role which includes supporting the IT needs of others at a variety of levels in a similar environment coupled with experience of PC and other IT hardware fault finding.
