Job overview
We are currently looking to appoint an IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line support throughout the School. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience and be flexible in their approach to the role.
A HND or Diploma in Computing and/or relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems – Windows 10 2008 R2 and Server 2012
Knowledge of iOS across iPADS and iPhones an advantage
Knowledge of OS X and any provisioning or MDM experience an advantage
Knowledge of any/all of the following – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange & Office 2010 +Suites
Knowledge of basic networking, firewalls, VPN/VLAN & proxy servers
