Job overview

We are looking to appoint an experienced IT Support Technician to join our busy department.

You will be supporting the IT Manager by providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff and pupils within the School.

Responsibilities include overseeing IT/AV setups for assemblies, events/lettings, exams and delivery of booked IT resources.

As part of the role, to configure and proactively maintain IT/AV hardware and liaise with support providers as required.
 
It is essential that the appointed person is able to confidently and independently resolve problems, is a good communicator, has a good attention to detail and is an experienced team player.
 
You should have good all round knowledge of IT technologies and specifically- Windows 7+, Windows Server 2012+ and Office 2016.

A working knowledge of computer networking is essential.
