Working Pattern:  Full Time – 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Accountable to: IT Service Manager

Location: Various locations across the Trust within London as needed.

This is very exciting time to join our newly established and growing Trust shared IT Services Team, with Technology at the heart of maintaining our foundations of excellence. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT Technician with exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills to help support and shape our IT Service.

You will be providing effective and customer focused IT support to students, staff and stakeholders. You will require excellent communication skills both oral and written are an essential part of the role in order to manage and develop excellent working relationships with IT partners and Trust schools, senior leaders and staff. This being essential to enabling the effective delivery of the service and ensure service is tailored and meets the needs of each school
