IT Technician

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT Technician with excellent customer service skills to join the IT Support Team. The post-holder is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. Also supporting these systems through remote access or site visits as needed.

You should ideally have experience of the following:-

·        Microsoft Windows 

·        Microsoft Office

·        PC Hardware and Software

·        Good IT Support knowledge

·        Excellent team player and strong communication skills

·        Knowledge of Windows Server and networking would be ideal as well as an eagerness to learn new skills.

You will have ability to communicate effectively by telephone, e-mail and in person with students and staff at all levels within the College. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work flexibly. You will be required to provide administrative support to a busy team and must be able to demonstrate skills in prioritising and scheduling work to deal with multiple tasks whilst working under pressure.

New City College is one of the strongest and most influential further education organisations in the country. There are several campuses and this role will provide support and attend site at Epping Forest, Redbridge and Ilford.
