ANNUAL SALARY £18,782 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Full-Time - 37 Hours per week (Fixed Term until December 2023)
This is a new post to engage with unemployed people, to promote training and work opportunities through the Greater Lincolnshire LEAP Project, generating referrals onto training courses and work opportunities. You will be required to visit JCP offices to promote the project and recruit suitable unemployed candidates onto a variety of employability or vocational training opportunities leading to interviews for work.
This individual must have excellent organisational and relationship building skills and a real passion for partnership working as the role requires working with learners, multi agencies, college staff and employers.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within an educational training environment and with unemployed people with a good understanding of the barriers facing people moving into training and the world of work.
The successful applicant will ‘ideally’ be available for a July 2022 start. This post will be part funded by the European Social Fund.
