Isebrook School is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of our Post-16 provision.

We are looking to recruit a Job Coach (Level 3) to help deliver employability and support students who face a wide range of barriers to employment.

Are you committed to providing outstanding support so that our students have the best opportunities to gain employment and live independently?

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students with learning difficulties and have:

  • Experience of Supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment who require support to help find and sustain employment using Systematic Instruction
  • Experience of working with students with additional needs accessing employment focused programmes.
  • Experience of undertaking job search activities, confidence building, and training were appropriate, tailoring this support to the individual on a 1-2-1 basis as well as through group activity.
  • Experience of a range of the wider world of work e.g. previous work in a retail or drinks and beverage environment
  • Good understanding of the local and national labour market

Creating Tomorrow Trust specialises in the education of students with special educational needs.
