Job Coach, Orchard Hill College - Hillingdon

Salary:  Scale 6/SO1, £27,459 - £31,552 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance   

Location: Wyvern House, Uxbridge, UB8 2XN

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, all year round

Job Coaches proactively support our students to develop job searching skills, to access work placements, to develop their English and maths skills in the classroom, and ultimately, to progress into paid employment. 

If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you. 

You will be required to actively support our students, who are looking for work to access work placements and progress into paid employment.
