Shrewsbury High Prep School is a happy, ambitious, award-winning independent school in the heart of Shropshire, welcoming boys and girls from the age of 3.

Shrewsbury High Prep School enjoys wonderful open spaces in its 14 acre site and yet is centrally based in the heart of Shrewsbury, just 5 minutes away from our Senior School on Town Walls.  We view our beautiful grounds as an extension of the classroom and use every opportunity to make the most of them.  With buildings that are a mix of traditional and modern and with space to learn, play and explore, we want our pupils to feel inspired and challenged in a supportive and enthusiastic environment.

We take great pride in encouraging children to have a genuine thirst for knowledge and a love of learning.  We also believe good manners and respect are core values to be celebrated and encouraged alongside academic achievement.   There is a very special atmosphere at Shrewsbury High Prep and everyonel always receives a very warm welcome.
