Junior Resource Base Teacher

We are looking for an exceptional colleague to join our growing resource base for children with complex needs, particularly communication and interaction needs. They will be able to develop and deliver an outstanding learning experience for our primary school children with SEND. We need enthusiastic, talented individuals who have a passion to make a difference to the lives of our children with SEND and who have the tenacity to achieve excellence for all. The children within the resource base have a wide range of attainment and the successful applicant will be able to adapt curriculum expectations to their specific needs. Clarendon Federation is an inclusive school and we aim for children within the Resource Base to access main school learning where appropriate. Due to the needs of our children, this role will particularly suit a candidate with recent KS1 experience.
