Role overview: We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Junior School Administrator to support the staff and Head of Junior School. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player and have a durable sense of humour. They will enjoy supporting the school’s vision and mission in the years ahead and making a difference to the lives of the pupils at this fantastic school with 180 years of history.


The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years experience of working in an administrative role
  • IT literate and comfortable using a range programmes including Microsoft Office and databases
  • An ability to respond well to pressure and remain calm in a busy environment
  • A flexible approach to quickly changing priorities and demands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with skill at building professional relationships.
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Helpful, friendly and engaging manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confidentiality, Sense of humour, organisation, creativity, reliability.

Sibford School is set in more than 50 acres of grounds and is surrounded by glorious Oxfordshire countryside.

Established in 1842 as a co-educational boarding school for the children of Quaker families, Sibford has, from the outset, been a centre of educational excellence.
