Term time plus four weeks (including two consecutive Saturdays)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and discreet Admissions Officer to manage the Junior School admissions process, promoting a positive and consistent image of the school. In addition, you will be the professional PA to the Head of Junior School, managing her diary so she can focus on the strategic direction of the school.

Reporting to the Admissions Registrar and to the Head of Junior School, you will play a key role in the organisation of all admissions related events and assessments as well as being primary point of contact for the Head of Junior School.

This is a varied and busy role and requires you to, ideally, have experience in a similar role, or have experience in a busy, service-driven environment with strong experience managing databases. If you are calm, confident, positive, enjoy meeting new people and have great interpersonal skills, please get in touch.
