The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled linguist to play a leading role as Head of Languages at Bromley High Junior School.
As Head of Languages / Teacher of Spanish, you will teach engaging Spanish lessons initially to students from Reception to Year 4, whilst also overseeing the language provision in the Junior School.
This is an exciting time to join us, as from September 2025 the core language across the Junior School will change from French to Spanish. As Head of Languages, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this smooth and efficient transition, maintaining our excellent standards of teaching and learning.
You will be a creative, inspirational and confident teacher with successful teaching experience across the full 4-11 age range with a track record of inspiring academically able pupils. You will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in and organise trips, as well as other extra-curricular language opportunities in the Junior School.
