The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion and Enrichment team, which plays an integral role in the success of our Junior School.  

You should be patient, flexible and innovative, with clear understanding of how children with additional needs learn and have experience of working with children with special educational needs in a Junior School setting.  You should have the appropriate training in aspects of SEND, and be capable of motivating pupils to learn and socialise.
