Junior School Receptionist

Shoreham College, a co-educational day school for children aged 3 to 16. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic full time receptionist for the junior department who may also be able to undertake some general teaching assistant roles to join the College and work between 8.15am and 5.15pm term time only. The applicant requires a relevant NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification in childcare.

Applicants should be able to start on 1 September 2017 and be willing to involve themselves in the wider life of the College

About Shoreham College

Shoreham College is a coeducational all-through school for children aged 3-16 situated in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. The school is administered by a governing council and is a registered charity. At full capacity, this independent day school can host 494 students across pre-school, primary and secondary.

Shoreham College was founded by the Protestant Alderman of Shoreham in 1852. It became Shoreham Grammar School for Boys, then Shoreham College in 1979. It became coeducational in the 1980s and the nursery was opened in 1994.

By the time they leave the college in Year 11 they have achieved success in GCSE examinations according to their ability and further developed their skills and talents in a range of extra-curricular pursuits.
