Key Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum

· Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and curiosity

· Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners

· Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child

· Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

· Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives

· Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, SCITT, QTS or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of international curriculum standards and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level or IELTS 8.5)
  • A commitment to safeguarding and to the school’s international ethos

Desirable:

  • A commitment to safeguarding and to the school’s international ethos
  • Experience working in an international school setting
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum
  • Experience supporting EAL learners
  • Willingness to contribute to wider school life and enrichment programmes
  • Due to the current time and travel restrictions required during the immigration process in Poland, candidates with EU citizenship, permanent residency or passports are highly desirable and ordinarily required.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal record check for every country they have lived in for more than 3 months over the last 20 years, in addition to a home country check for all countries of citizenship. References will also be sought from your previous Head/Principal/Director/Superintendent and two additional referees, one of whom must be a senior leader who directly managed you.
