Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

Contract dates – December 2021

A Primary school in Higher Blackley is looking for a qualified KS1 teacher to join a reliable and successful Key Stage 1 team in delivering lessons to Year 2 students.

The role 

The role will include the planning and delivery of fun and engaging lessons across the curriculum. The successful candidate will keep accurate records up-to-date and provide children with plenty of cross-curricular learning opportunities.

The school plays a key role in a diverse community and aims to let children receive as wide a range of activities and experience as possible to ensure an interesting varied and challenging curriculum.

Requirements 

To be considered for the KS1 Teacher position, you will: 

• Have a solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum

• Be a great team player and willing to work collaboratively with colleagues

• Have the ability to teach a progressive curriculum where children can build on previously learnt skills and knowledge
