Key Stage 1 Phase Leader

Are you ready to join the Senior Leadership Team of our school as a Phase Leader? Applications welcome from existing senior leaders and from those who would be new to such a role as part of their professional development.

 Our school needs a highly motivated, talented and inspirational Phase Leader for a Key Stage 1.

 The successful candidate will be:

·        Committed to meeting the needs of children and staff to bring about the best outcomes for them.

·        Excited about leading the teaching of children of many backgrounds and talents who are grateful for the opportunities they are offered.

·        Supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school – you do not need to be Catholic and/or of faith to be considered.

We have considerable experience of developing staff and are looking for keen, able teachers interested in progression for themselves through having their potential recognised and their training needs catered for – all in a context of providing the best for our school community.
