Huili School Hangzhou, a leading bilingual school, as part of Wellington College Hangzhou, is looking for KS2 Class Teachers for Grade 3-6 (UK Year 4 – Year 7) to join our enthusiastic team. Our KS2 teachers work with our home nation colleagues to provide a high quality education based on the Wellington College philosophy and ethos.
Our KS2 teachers typically teach English, Theme, Science and ICT in the English language with our home nation colleagues teaching Mathematics and Chinese based subjects.
Our teachers support each individual pupil’s growth and development, encouraging them to be inspired, intellectual, independent, individual and inclusive. Our teachers also support our wider curriculum and achieve high standards by responding professionally, sensitively and caringly to the needs of all pupils.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The KS2 teacher will have the responsibility for the planning and teaching of their subject areas to their class, the content of each lesson being determined by the school curriculum. Our teachers ensure that the subject is delivered in a way that provides coverage, progression and continuity by effectively working in partnership. Our teachers are expected to display the highest standards of professionalism in their teaching and in their relationships with colleagues and parents.
Our teachers must ensure that an excellent learning environment is provided for the learning and that the students develop positive learning behaviours. Our teachers conduct lessons in a structured and coordinated manner with due regard to the ability of the students and the curriculum targets of the year group.

BASIC QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor’s degree, teaching certificate
Teacher Qualification: Must have Teacher License/ UK BA Education or PGCE
Language: English
Experience: A minimum of 2 years working experience with teaching English and Theme based learning.
