This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

You would be working within a supportive team of committed teachers and support staff. There are twenty-four classes within our Primary phase, we have strong links to the local community and work hard to constantly achieve the best practice and provision for our students.

We are looking for outstanding KS2 classroom teachers within our Primary Phase. Ideally you will be able to offer areas of interest and will be committed to extra-curricular activities.

Our Academy has 24 primary classes which are spread across 4 campuses. Years 5 and 6 are housed in a building exclusive to the upper Key Stage 2 phase. We are an all through academy that follows the middle school model, therefore we have very close links with the secondary phase.

You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an NQT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and develop students to raise standards and maximise their potential.

Do please come to visit us and see what an exciting opportunity our Academy can offer to a teacher looking to be the best they can be and make a significant contribution to narrowing the gap in achievement and attainment for our students.

What we offer:

  • Employee Rewards scheme – High Street discounts, Staff Wellbeing centre
  • A Trust wide leadership competencies framework
  • A professional leadership development coach
  • A Trust wide staff wellbeing policy
  • Personalised professional development supported by an exceptional team within the Academy and driven through The Continual Professional Growth Policy which replaces appraisal and pay progression

Please note, although we are ideally looking for a full-time colleague, we are open to discussing flexible working options
