“Learning, achieving and growing together with Jesus”

The School

We are a hardworking, ambitious and dedicated staff who strive to deliver excellent outcomes for our pupils through an engaging and stimulating curriculum, challenging and varied learning opportunities as well as a caring, nurturing environment.

Our recent Ofsted (January 2015) confirmed we are a “good” school where pupils “make good progress because the school has an exciting and challenging curriculum which is well taught”. The behaviour of pupils in class is “impressive” and “across the school pupils work hard to complete the tasks they are given”. In 2015 our KS2 results were amongst the highest in the local authority and well above the national average.

We know that achieving excellent outcomes for our pupils means “investing in our staff” and we place real emphasis on providing personalised professional development for our team. This was noted in our recent Ofsted report which commented “Teachers are very positive about the level and effectiveness of the support and professional development they achieve”.

Our school is situated on a spacious, green site on the outskirts of Wexham, Berkshire. With good transport links, we are within easy reach of the M4 and an easy commute from the Windsor, Uxbridge, Slough and Reading areas.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and can demonstrate a secure understanding of what “good” practice looks like. Most importantly we are looking for teachers with high expectations and a “can-do” approach who see and value the potential in every child. Applicants must also be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school, although not necessarily Catholic themselves. We can be flexible regarding the year group depending on your skills and experience.
